Japan's Only English-language Real Estate Journal

 The Japanese economy is at a turning point. The real estate market faces
rapid changes, symbolizing a major part of this. Land prices have
increased for the first time in 16 years, the J-REIT market has been
growing since its inception in September 2001, and is expected to revitalize
the real estate market. In order to develop the real estate and financial
industries of Japan, there is a demand for an accurate grasp of such
information.
The Real Estate Economic Institute Co., Ltd. has been publishing “The
Fudousan Keizai Weekly” since 2001, an English-language real estate
newsletter, to meet this demand. Since its foundation in 1964, the
Institute has been producing various reports and newsletters for those
involved in the Japanese real estate market. Notably, its report on
monthly trends in the condominium market is regarded as a major
economic indicator in Japan, and the Fudousan Keizai Tsushin, the only
domestic real estate daily, is also highly regarded.
 We at the Real Estate Economic Institute Co., Ltd. strives to provide the
most accurate and detailed information regarding the real estate and
financial industries, for professionals and those interested in developing
